FAQ's

When will my cover start?

Your cover will start from the moment you set up the plan if you’re switching from another provider. If you are not switching from another provider, there is a 14-day exclusion period where your boiler won’t be covered.

How do I book a repair?

Give our friendly team a call on 01270 611161 or 020 7183 6888 and they will be happy to help.

How do I pay?

You can pay for your cover via monthly direct debit. The first payment is made two weeks after the start of your plan and then monthly on or around the same date each month after.

How long is my landlord cover plan for?

All our plans are 12-month agreements. After this we will contact you and see if you would like to renew or not.

When will you send an engineer if I need a repair?

For urgent repairs we aim to get to you within one working day
For general enquiries, we will find a day and time slot to suit you.
