Your cover will start from the moment you set up the plan if you’re switching from another provider. If you are not switching from another provider, there is a 14-day exclusion period where your boiler won’t be covered.

You can pay for your cover via monthly direct debit. The first payment is made two weeks after the start of your plan and then monthly on or around the same date each month after.
