Our highly trained engineers will repair your boiler, its controls, and your central heating system.
Our trained engineers will repair leaks inside your property between the stop tap and appliances.
Gas supply pipe from the meter to the appliance is included, main water from stop tap to appliances is covered.

This is carried out on all landlord heating plans.
We’re here for as many repairs as you need; there’s no limit on the value of each repair and all parts and labour are included.

As long as you provide us with a minimum of 28 days’ notice to carry out your Gas Safety Certificate, you can add your due date at any time.
Please provide boiler age and model. This information will help the engineer to rectify the problem.
As a family business, we operate with complete transparency. As much as we don’t want your tenants to get any unwelcome surprises, we make sure that you don’t get any either.
Our landlord cover removes the hassle of arranging repairs and gas safety inspections for your rental properties, saving you both time and money and ensuring your tenants safety whilst keeping you compliant with gas safety laws and regulations. However, there are certain things that our landlord cover plans don’t include.
Your cover will start from the moment you set up the plan if you’re switching from another provider. If you are not switching from another provider, there is a 14-day exclusion period where your boiler won’t be covered.

You can pay for your cover via monthly direct debit. The first payment is made two weeks after the start of your plan and then monthly on or around the same date each month after.
