FAQ's

Your cover will start from the moment you set up the plan if you’re switching from another provider. If you are not switching from another provider, there is a 14-day exclusion period where your boiler won’t be covered.

You can pay for your cover via monthly direct debit. The first payment is made two weeks after the start of your plan and then monthly on or around the same date each month after.

All our plans are 12-month agreements. After this we will contact you and see if you would like to renew or not.
  • For urgent repairs we aim to get to you within one working day

  • For general enquiries, we will find a day and time slot to suit you.

    Call-out fee is the amount you pay each time you request a repair. you can choose your plan with or without a call out fee. Choosing a higher call – out fee reduces your monthly payments.
